Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

Draft for review. This is a first-pass policy, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified solicitor and complete every [TO CONFIRM] item before relying on it.

About these terms

These terms govern the meet & greet airport parking service provided by Velox Parking, a trading name of Velox Group Ltd (company no. 17292105) (“we”, “us”). “You” means the customer making the booking. Please read them before booking; by booking you accept them.

Booking and your contract

Bookings are made online through our booking provider (ParkFlow). A contract is formed when you receive your booking confirmation. Please check your airport, terminal, dates and times carefully — you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown at the time of booking and is taken at booking by our booking provider and its payment processor.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate flight, vehicle and contact details and arrive at the agreed time.
  • Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, insured and has a valid MOT.
  • Remove valuables and personal items before handover; leave adequate fuel or charge.
  • Hand over a working key (and any fob, card or PIN needed for keyless or electric vehicles) and tell us anything we need to know to drive or park the vehicle safely.
  • [TO CONFIRM] Any specific terms for electric, oversized or modified vehicles.

Your vehicle: handover, condition and inspection

We carry out a photographic condition check of your vehicle at drop-off and again on return. Please inspect your vehicle at the return handover and tell our driver about any concern before you leave the handover point. Claims for damage must be raised at that point [TO CONFIRM: or within a stated short window] and will be assessed against our condition records. We cannot consider damage reported after you have driven away.

Use of your vehicle

We drive your vehicle only the short distance needed to move it to and from secure storage, so a small increase in mileage is normal. We will not use your vehicle for any other purpose, and we are not obliged to refuel or recharge it.

Our service, insurance and liability

We will take reasonable care of your vehicle. It is driven by our drivers and is covered by our [TO CONFIRM: motor trade / road risk] insurance while in our custody. [TO CONFIRM: any limit on our liability, e.g. a cap.] We are not responsible for:

  • items or valuables left in the vehicle;
  • pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faults present at drop-off;
  • mechanical or electrical failure not caused by us;
  • loss or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — these cannot be excluded by law.

Flight delays

We monitor your return flight and aim to have your vehicle ready when you land. If your flight is significantly delayed, diverted or cancelled, please contact us so we can adjust.

Late collection and overstays

If you collect your vehicle later than your booked return time or date, additional charges apply at our current daily rate and are payable before the vehicle is released.

Uncollected vehicles

If you do not collect your vehicle within [TO CONFIRM, e.g. 14 days] of the booked return and we cannot reach you, storage charges will accrue. After that period and reasonable notice, we may move the vehicle into storage at your cost and, following the applicable legal process, treat a long-uncollected vehicle as abandoned.

Cancellations, amendments and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may have a 14-day right to cancel. To cancel or amend, email us at bookings@veloxparking.co.uk (you may use the model cancellation form). [TO CONFIRM: where the parking start date is within 14 days, the extent to which this right applies or is waived to begin the service.] [TO CONFIRM: amendment fees, no-show policy, and refund method and timescale.]

Our right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel a booking where a vehicle is unroadworthy, unsafe, uninsured, oversized or not as described at booking. [TO CONFIRM: whether a refund applies in those cases.]

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us at complaints@veloxparking.co.uk and we will aim to respond within [TO CONFIRM] working days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. These terms are the entire agreement between us for the service. We may transfer our rights and obligations under them. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
